On Saturday we had the fun “job” of photographing two different engaged couples. Thanks to Heather & Nate and Kelley & Mike for braving the cold and getting some great portraits

Here are just a couple of quick images to hold you over until I can post a few more in the next week or so. Also — Murl and I are headed for California this week and will be out all next week. Feel free to email me, I should be able to respond somewhat frequently, but won’t be able to return your calls until Monday February 22nd.

Puppy Portrait and a Little Update

Okay so I definitely didn’t get to post last week! We’ve been super busy and we also made a trip to New York City last week. I just wanted to update a little bit and let you know that we are hard at work and working on something really awesome for all Erie and Jamestown area wedding couples, stay tuned for more updates as we are able to release them!

Also, its not too late to get Christmas pictures done for either prints to be given as gifts or for Christmas/Holiday cards to send out. Another fun option is to send out Happy New Year cards.

And we will end this on an adorable picture captured earlier today — this is Millie, an English/Olde English bull dog puppy! There will probably be more of Millie’s portraits on the facebook page sometime this week.

Temporary Studio Parking Update + A Fun Photograph

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that there is some major street renovating going on Route 89. There is no parking out front of the studio, I am not entirely sure how long this will last, so your best bet is to avoid Rte 89 / Lake Street if possible. Just take Route 20 and park on Main Street when you come see me. Thanks!

Darcie & Matt’s Vow Renewal

Last Friday Darcie & Matt renewed their vows on their tenth anniversary. It was such an honor to be there for such a special day for them. The ceremony was beautiful and the love between them was very evident. It was very reaffirming to see such a strong bond after ten years of marriage. With so many marriages ending in divorce anymore it was just a very sweet evening all around! Okay enough typing, on with the pictures…

The ceremony and reception was held at Heritage Winery right here in North East. It was a beautiful location and the weather was perfect!

On June 26th Raquel and Brian came in on their birthday for a portrait session. I think a photo session was a pretty special way to celebrate their birthday together. The following are some of their favorites from the shoot. They also went for a different look to make a great wall portrait which is the image of the month for July.

Family Portrait Season

The kids are home from college, family reunions are in full swing, the weather is lovely and everyone has a tan. Do you know what this means? Its family portrait season! We love photographing families here at HNP, especially in your backyard, the park, beach or anywhere that you and your family feel comfortable.

Carrie & Kory’s Engagement Session

Wednesday night Carrie and Kory stopped by the studio for their engagement session. We started out in the studio and then headed out to find some good places to photograph around town. It was a fun shoot; they are a really relaxed, anything goes couple and we can’t wait to photograph their wedding in 365 days!
