A few weeks ago I received a phone call asking if I photographed newborn babies. I was so excited because YES, yes I do photograph newborns! I would say they are my favorite thing to photograph next to weddings and engagement sessions. What was even better was that she had twins. I’d never photographed newborn twins before and it was both a challenge and twice the fun. Thanks to Scot & Emily for having me come over and capture your sweet little girls!
After being out sick with the flu for over a week I finally got to get out and do some shooting! The first thing I photographed yesterday was sweet, little, newborn Sawyer! He is such a handsome little guy with so much adorable hair

Amy and Joe came in last Monday for their maternity portrait session. I met Amy a couple of years ago [ already?! ] when Quincy Wine Cellar opened up in Ripley, NY. They have some of the best wine [ and food! ] in the area so she saw my face a lot My sister-in-law and I also had my parents surprise 50th birthday/30th anniversary party there, we all just love it there!
Anyway, I was so excited when Amy contacted me about maternity portraits — I always thought she was so beautiful so I was finally getting to photograph her! She and Joe are such a fun couple and were good sports about trying any of my suggestions and came with some ideas of their own, too. I think we captured some really great images for them to show their daughter when she is older!
Best wishes on the upcoming birth of your first child, guys! You guys will be wonderful parents
Happy mother’s day to all you wonderful ladies out there! I hope you all had a lovely day with your children and grandchildren. I went out with my mother, one of her sisters and my grandmother yesterday and had an awesome time! It was nice to see my grandmother doing so well for the first time in quite a while.
Thanks to my mother for playing such a huge role in my life — you are beyond amazing, mom!! Thanks for all the support, the behind the scenes secretary work, and being one of my biggest fans. I love you!

Saturday was so much fun – it was like a baby parade at the studio! So adorable and they were all in such great moods it made my job easy! So I’m finally getting around to posting about your exciting opportunity! Star 104 is hosting its Baby Idol again this year and your favorite photographer [ that is me, right?! ] is photographing the portraits. Baby Idol is a beautiful baby competition where you and your child can win $500 for Babies R Us! There is an open casting call where I will be photographing 30 babies [ 18 months and under ] next Saturday, March 14th from 11am until 1pm here at the studio. On Friday night Murl and I ventured out to Bear Lake, PA to photograph a super adorable little newborn. He was just shy of two weeks old that night and he is so sweet and a great addition to a beautiful family. He came out with such a full head of hair – it seems really appropriate that he came out with a hair “style” since that’s what his mama does for work Brandon & Erin — congratulations on your new son, you are going to be wonderful parents! <3
A couple of weeks ago I photographed Jen’s maternity session. She is a glowing, beautiful mother-to-be [ any day now! ] and we created some fantastic images that I want to share with you!
